I can’t log in to my account

You can do most things from My Account. Click here to log in. Your login ID is the email address you have registered with us. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link.

From the “Policies” tab click on the 3 dots in the top right corner – this opens links that allow you to download your policy, cancel your policy or view the emergency contacts.

I have not received my policy yet
My policy isn’t linked to the RTA

If you have requested a policy start date in the future we cannot issue the policy until just before that date. There is no need worry – all your details are in our system and the policy will be processed on the proper date. When the policy is issued it will be linked to the RTA – this is done automatically by the insurer.

If you think you have not received your policy but should have, please log into My Account to check if the policy is there – it can happen that the email notification we sent went to your spam or junk folder.

If you still need help then the best way to contact us is using the contact form below. You will receive a ticket number immediately by email and will get a response from a customer service representative within one business hour.

How do I cancel my car insurance policy?

To cancel a policy select cancel a policy in the contact us form below

If you claimed on your policy you are not entitled to a refund. If you didn't and get a % refund depending on how long the policy has been active. Note that you'll not get a pro-rata refund and, if more than 10 months of the policy have been used there will be no refund. Contact us using the form below to start the cancellation process
